Sweat for a Cause fundraiser is there to help amazing organizations like CANSA do what they need to do.
Donations can be specifically allocated to certain departments, projects or even patients.
This is why, in the month of September we are donating all the money raised towards CANSA Childrend's Fund.
Of course we want to raise as much money as we can. Doctor's fees, treatment cost and post care can be overwhelming and can really put families into a financial crisis.
If we can help 1 child through the process of dealing with such a traumatic experience, we will indeed be doing something worthwhile.
An average of 800-1000 children are diagnosed with cancer annually in SA, an estimated further 1000 children with cancer are never diagnosed. Two thirds of children never reach specialist treatment centers.
